“A reflexive pronoun is used when the subject and the object of a sentence are the same person or thing. It shows that the action performed by the subject reflects back upon the subject itself.”

Uses of Reflexive Pronouns
Reflexive Pronoun is used for:
1. When the subject acts upon itself (जब कर्ता स्वयं पर कार्य करता है)
जब वाक्य का कर्ता (Subject) और कर्म (Object) एक ही व्यक्ति या वस्तु हों।
English: She cut herself while chopping vegetables.
