English:

(Followed by noun/time)

Hindi:
मैं 2012 से यहाँ रह रहा हूँ।
(इसके बाद noun या समय आता है)

As a Conjunction (समुच्चयबोधक के रूप में):

English:
I have been happy since I moved here.
(Followed by subject + verb)

Hindi:
मैं यहाँ आने के बाद से खुश हूँ।
(इसके बाद subject + verb आता है)
